Dr. Aliya Ramjaun, MD
Hyperbaric Physician

Dr. Aliya Ramjaun obtained her MD from the University of Toronto. She completed her Residency in Family Medicine with enhanced skills in Emergency Medicine shortly after from McMaster University. Dr. Ramjaun is an Emergency Physician at the Creditvalley Hospital in Mississauga where she regularly assesses and manages complex wounds and infections. Her passion includes utilizing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) as an adjunctive therapy in this area, and beyond.

Dr. Victor Rajkotwala, MD
Hyperbaric Physician

Dr. Victor Rajkotwala is an Internist practicing at Etobicoke Hospital. He has 40 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine. Dr. Rajkotwala has been practicing Hyperbaric Medicine since 2020, and has obtained the Certificate of Added Qualification in Hyperbaric Medicine from the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Society, USA (PATH course).

Dr. Seema Agarwal, MD CCFP CAQ-HP
Hyperbaric Physician

Dr. Seema Agarwal obtained her MD at the Michael DeGroote School of Medicine at McMaster University. She subsequently completed her Family Medicine Residency at NYGH through the University of Toronto. Dr. Agarwal has a varied practice which includes palliative care through the NYGH Freeman Outreach Team, surgical assist in Orthopedics at Humber River Hospital, and Hyperbaric Medicine.

Dr. Agarwal has completed the Program for Advanced Training in Hyperbaric Medicine through the UHMS and has received her certificate of advanced qualification in hyperbaric medicine, CAQ-HP. She is passionate about providing Hyperbaric Medicine to patients with various OHIP-covered indications including idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss, delayed radiation injury, and chronic wounds.

Dr. Vikas Agarwal, MD CCFP FRCP CAQ-HP
Hyperbaric Physician

Dr. Vik Agarwal obtained his MD from University of Western Ontario in 2000. Additionally, he completed a Family Medicine residency at the University of Toronto. After practicing in a variety of clinical settings, he completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology from the University of Toronto in 2014 followed by a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University Health Network in Toronto in 2015.

Vik became interested in Hyperbaric Medicine after seeing its efficacy in helping to treat complex wounds and osteomyelitis after both surgical and endovascular revascularization. Vik completed a mini-fellowship in Hyperbaric Medicine through the Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society (PATH) with the longer term goal of expanding access to these treatments in Ontario.

He currently practices a mix of diagnostic and interventional radiology as well as hyperbaric medicine.

Dr. Sundeep Toor, MD FRCP
Hyperbaric Physician

Dr. Sundeep Toor obtained his MD from the University of Toronto in 2008. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Ottawa. Subsequently, he completed additional subspecialty fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Toronto/University Health Network.

His interest in Hyperbaric Medicine dates back to his training in Vascular Radiology. Dr. Toor has completed training in HBOT including the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society Program for Advanced Training in Hyperbarics (PATH) program.
